Websites, Ads, SEO and Automation — Built as One System
海水不可斗量數位工作室 (OceanAds) is a digital operations studio based in Taichung, Taiwan, that provides website development, Google Ads management, SEO, and workflow automation for small and medium-sized businesses — combining websites, advertising, search traffic, and automation into one operating system so a brand can launch, take orders, track performance, and iterate.
Numbers That Matter
We would rather show you specifics than adjectives. These figures come straight from our published service pages and case studies, and every engagement is priced in writing before work begins.
What We Do
Most agencies sell you a website, then leave you alone with it. Our view is different: a website is a piece of a larger operating system, and it only pays for itself when traffic, orders, and follow-up run through it every day. That is why our four service lines are designed to plug into each other.
- Web development and e-commerce. Custom-coded websites, storefronts, and back offices — shopping cart, membership, payment gateways (NewebPay, ECPay, Stripe, Apple Pay) and logistics wired in from day one. You receive the source code and own every account.
- Google Ads management. Campaign planning and hands-on management across all 8 Google Ads campaign types, from Search and Shopping to Performance Max, with reporting you can actually read.
- SEO. A free technical audit first, then structural fixes and content placement. We reconcile results against raw Search Console data and tell you honestly that rankings typically take 3 to 6 months to move.
- AI and Telegram automation. AI chat support, inquiry triage, knowledge bases, and Telegram order bots that plug into your existing site — integration starts at NT$8,000, with no rebuild required.
For clients in specialized verticals, we also run advertising on an adult ad network covering 142 countries and reaching billions of users monthly — a channel most Taiwanese agencies simply do not touch.
How an Engagement Works
- Free draft first. Tell us what you sell and how you operate. We prepare an architecture draft and demo at no charge, so you can judge our thinking before spending anything.
- Fixed scope, visible milestones. The quote includes milestones and a projected launch date. Architecture, design, development, testing, and acceptance each produce something you can inspect.
- Launch in days, not months. A standard site or storefront goes live in as little as 7 days; heavily customized platforms take around 2 to 4 weeks.
- You own everything. Source code is bought out, and cloud, domain, and analytics accounts are registered in your name. If you leave, everything leaves with you.
- Iterate on evidence. After launch, optional maintenance plans from NT$1,800 per month — or one-off changes billed at NT$450 per hour — keep the system improving. No plan is mandatory.
Who We Fit — and Who We Don't
We do our best work for:
- Small and medium businesses that need a brand site, storefront, or back office they control.
- Brand owners who want steady, measurable traffic from Google Ads and SEO.
- Teams ready to hand repetitive work — support, notifications, content — to AI and bots.
- Owners who refuse platform lock-in and want to hold their own source code and cloud accounts.
We are honestly not the right choice if you need a one-off static page you never plan to touch again, if your business has no online sales or traffic needs at all, or if the budget cannot support custom development. In those cases a template platform will serve you better, and we will say so.
